1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable on the final deposit, typically constituting 50% of the total project fee. This refund is available under specific conditions.

2. Refund Period: To qualify for a refund on the final deposit, clients must submit a written refund request within 5 days of the final deposit payment.

3. Non-Refundable Services: Any payments made before the final deposit, or payments outside of the specified refund period, are non-refundable. This includes any fees associated with consultations, preliminary work, or prior deposits.

4. Refund Processing: Upon approval of the refund request, SWIM Ltd will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
